REFUND POLICY

Introduction
Thank you for choosing True Grit Baseball & Softball Training ("we", "our", "us"). We strive to provide the best possible training experience for our athletes. This Refund Policy outlines our policy regarding refunds for our services.

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services and the commitment required for our training programs, we do not offer refunds for any payments made for our training programs, clinics, camps, or any other services.

Non-Refundable Payments

  1. Training Programs: All payments for training programs, including seasonal programs, private lessons, and group sessions, are non-refundable.

  2. Camps and Clinics: Fees for camps, clinics, and special events are also non-refundable.

  3. Membership Fees: Any membership fees or subscriptions paid are non-refundable.
     

Program Cancellation and Rescheduling

  1. Program Adjustments: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule training sessions, camps, or clinics due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather, facility issues, or trainer availability.

  2. Make-Up Sessions: In the event that a session is canceled, we will make every effort to provide a make-up session. Details of make-up sessions will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.

  3. Participant Cancellation: If a participant needs to cancel their enrollment for any reason, they may request to reschedule or transfer their spot to another participant, subject to our approval.
